This request is subject to the following terms and conditions:

• Prices must be quoted in Egyptian Pounds (EGP, inclusive of all taxes, stamps, fees.
• The final deadline for receiving offers is Tuesday, Sep. 22, 2026. Any offer received after the deadline shall not be considered.
• Offer validity: two weeks.
• All bidders must be registered in CARE Egypt Foundation’s vendor registry through:
  https://care.org.eg/company-vendor-form
• The offer must remain valid and irrevocable throughout its validity period.
• Invoices will be paid in EGP via bank Transfer issued by the Foundation’s head office after full delivery and technical acceptance, within 30–45 days from receipt of the electronic tax invoice.
• CARE Egypt Foundation is subject to Income Tax Law No. 91 of 2005 and its amendments.
• The Foundation reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers, split the order, award to more than one supplier, or cancel the request without providing reasons.
• The following documents must be submitted with the financial offer:
  • Updated Commercial Registration
  • Valid Tax Card
  • VAT Registration Certificate
  • E-Invoicing Registration Certificate

تعلن مؤسسة كير مصر للتنمية، المشهرة برقم833  لسنة 2018، عن حاجتها الى ايجار سيارة طبقا لخط السير المرفق بمحافظتي القاهرة والاسكندرية .وعليه، يرجى التكرّم بموافاتنا بـ عرض مختوم وفقاً للتفاصيل الواردة في الملف. يرجى العلم بأن الملف مقسّم إلى جزئين، وعليه يجب أن يكون عرض السعر مقسّمًا وفقًا للتقسيم نفسه، مع توضيح الأسعار الخاصة بكل جزء بشكل منفصل رداً علي الايميل او عن طريق اللينك

وذلك طبقاً للشروط التالية:

• الأسعار بالجنيه المصري شاملة جميع أنواع الضرائب والدمغات والرسوم  .
• آخر موعد لاستلام العروض هو يوم الثلاثاء الموافق 22 سبتمبر 2026. ولن يُعتد بأي عرض يرد بعد الموعد النهائي.
• صلاحية العرض: إسبوعين.
• يجب على جميع الموردين التسجيل في قيد الموردين الخاص بمؤسسة كير مصر للتنمية عبر الرابط:

• يظل العطاء نافذًا وغير قابل للرجوع فيه طوال فترة سريانه.
• يتم سداد الفواتير بالجنيه المصري بموجب تحويل بنكي من المؤسسة الرئيسي بعد التوريد الكامل والقبول الفني، خلال30–45  يومًا من استلام الفاتورة الضريبية الإلكترونية.
• مؤسسة كير مصر للتنمية خاضعة لأحكام القانون رقم 91 لسنة 2005 وتعديلاته بشأن الضريبة على الدخل.
• للمؤسسة الحق في قبول أو رفض أي عروض كليًا أو جزئيًا، ولها الحق في تجزئة العملية أو إسنادها لأكثر من مورد أو إلغائها دون إبداء أسباب.
• يجب إرفاق المستندات التالية مع العرض المالي:
  • السجل التجاري (محدّث)

• • البطاقة الضريبية (سارية)
  • شهادة تسجيل القيمة المضافة
  • شهادة تسجيل الفاتورة الإلكترونية
