وذلك طبقا لكراسة الشروط والمواصفات

تسحب كراسة الشروط بقيمة 299 جنيه  من مقر المؤسسة

قيمة التأمين الابتدائي : 18000 جنيه

  1. Background

Care Egypt Foundation for Development is a civil institution registered in the Central Administration of Associations at the Ministry of Social Solidarity with the number “833 for the year 2018” and its address is 5 Asmaa Fahmy Street – Seventh Floor ( Plot No. 1 – Square Y ) Qesm 1st Nasser City, Cairo, Egypt, and that the institution is subject to the provisions of the law regulating the practice of civil work No. 149 of 2019.

CARE Egypt Foundation for Development is building on the legacy and expertise of CARE International in Egypt since 1954, by designing, implementing and managing development programs and projects aimed at helping the neediest communities in Egypt, by building strategic partnerships with the government sector, the private sector and the private sector, to help in Meeting the basic needs and improving the quality and standard of life in a sustainable manner and consistent with the culture, reality and the local and national context.

Additionally, addressing GBV in emergencies (GBViE) is a core tenet of CARE’s Gender in Emergencies (GiE) theory of change, and is central to upholding CARE’s humanitarian mandate to protect vulnerable and affected groups. Between February and August 2020, CARE reviewed its global capacity to address GBViE. This evidence-based process identified programmatic and strategic gaps and resulted in key recommendations that included hiring and adequately resourcing for a long-term Global Coordinator position, creating a working group of colleagues who work on GBViE from across the different sectors, and to developing and implementing a GBViE work plan[1].

In June 2021, CARE Egypt Foundation (CARE Egypt) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with CARE International Secretariat (CI Secretariat), CARE Norway, and CARE Germany to lead the global coordination of CARE’s GBViE work, including reflection, through leadership, innovation, impact measurement, scaling, and learning in alignment with CARE Vision 2030. The second year of assuming this role witnessed significant efforts to position CARE EGYPT as a global lead on GBViE, to build off on the strategic guidance on GBViE developed the previous year, and to strengthen key GBViE response, MEAL and advocacy capacity and efforts.

  1. Objective of the Assignment

This assignment falls under ‘What Works to Prevent Violence – Impact at Scale’ Programme to scale up evidence-based, practice-informed prevention of violence against women and girls (VAWG).  What Works 2 is committed to working to prevent violence against the most marginalised women and girls globally, including those living in fragile, conflict-affected, and humanitarian settings as well. Accordingly, the main purpose of this assignment is to strengthen the VAWG prevention capacities of NGOs working on women rights and VAWG prevention. This will be done by developing and refining five-days training modules on how to design projects and draft winning proposals on VAWG prevention.

  1. Scope of Work and Deliverables

A- The consultant’s specific deliverables are:

  1. Conduct a desk review of available capacity strengthening resources on VAWG prevention.
  2. Develop qualitative data collection tool.
  3. Conduct Key Informant Interviews (KII) with a sample of the targeted pool of NGOs for the training. This is done to help identify and analyze NGOs’ relevant training needs, priorities, and gaps.
  4. Develop, and validate the content and modules for a five- day training on VAWG project design and on drafting successful winning VAWG proposals.
  5. Deliver an in-person five- days training on VAWG project design and on drafting successful winning VAWG proposals to a number of NGOs.
  6. Develop the training pre and post test and evaluation survey.
  7. Analyze the tests and the survey’s results.
  8. Draft the training report.
  9. Refine the trainings content in preparation for its delivery regionally in MENA.

استجابة للتحديات التي تواجه المجتمعات المضيفة واللاجئين على حد سواء، أُطلقت مبادرة شراكة جديدة بعنوان: “PROSPECTS – وهي شراكة لتحسين مستوى التوقعات للمجتمعات المضيفة واللاجئين قسراً، تلك المبادرة أطلقتها حكومة هولندا التي تجمع بين المؤسسة المالية الدولية ومنظمة العمل الدولية ومفوضية الأمم المتحدة لشؤون اللاجئين ومنظمة الأمم المتحدة للطفولة (اليونيسيف) والبنك الدولي. لهذه الشراكة أفق زمني أولي مدته أربع سنوات، حيث سيركز الشركاء جهودهم في تطوير نماذج جديدة في الاستجابة لأزمات النزوح القسري في 8 دول (مصر وإثيوبيا والعراق والأردن وكينيا ولبنان والسودان. وأوغندا).

ويتمثل الهدف العام لبرنامج «آفاق» في مصر في تحسين مستويات المعيشة والشمول للاجئين وملتمسي اللجوء والمجتمعات المضيفة المهمشة، من خلال الإسهام في توسيع نطاق الفرص الاجتماعية – الاقتصادية من خلال تحسين التعليم وتعميم تدخلات الحماية.

مع التركيز الجغرافي على القاهرة الكبرى والإسكندرية ودمياط، لتنفيذ البرامج المختلفة منها برنامج ريادة الأعمال لدعم وتطوير المشروعات الريادية ذات الصبغة الاجتماعية على وجه التحديد.

تستضيف مصر أكثر من 270 ألف طالب لجوء ولاجئ مسجل من قِبل 65 دولة. غالبية هؤلاء اللاجئين هم من الدولة السورية، تليها السودان وجنوب السودان وإريتريا وإثيوبيا واليمن والصومال.

يعيش اللاجئون وطالبو اللجوء في المناطق الحضرية في مصر ويتركزون إلى حد كبير في القاهرة الكبرى والإسكندرية ودمياط. من أجل ذلك؛ ركزت هيئة كير مصر جهودها على المحافظات التي تستضيف غالبية اللاجئين في مصر، مع التركيز الشديد على أعلى تجمعات اللاجئين: القاهرة الكبرى والإسكندرية ودمياط. وقد تم تحديد القاهرة الكبرى باعتبارها الموقع الرئيسي لاستضافة اللاجئين من جنسيات متعددة.

يهدف مشروع هيئة كير مصر المُقترح “ريادة الأعمال المجتمعية- ابدأ مشروعك” إلى تحسين مستويات المعيشة والشمول للاجئين وطالبي اللجوء والمجتمعات المضيفة عن طريق المساهمة في توسيع الفرص الاجتماعية والاقتصادية من خلال التعليم الأفضل وتعميم تدخلات الحماية.

يشجع المشروع ريادة الأعمال الاجتماعية كمحرك أساسي للتغيير الاجتماعي ويدعم المجموعات المستهدفة لتحويل أفكار الأعمال الاجتماعية إلى كيانات مستدامة تعمل أيضًا كحلول تتمتع بالاستدامة لمواجهة لتحديات وخدمة احتياجات المجتمع، مع التركيز بشكل خاص على الفئات الأكثر تهميشًا كالاجئات من النساء الفتيات.

لذلك يهدف المشروع المقترح إلى دعم إنشاء الأعمال التجارية وزيادة فرص التوظيف ضمن مجموعات اللاجئين. وهو أيضًا يركز على

CARE Egypt Foundation for Development is starting an new project Ending Violence Against Women and Girls (EVAWG) is a groundbreaking program to prevent and respond to violence against women and girls (VAWG) in Egypt with a specific focus on Child, Early, and Forced Marriage (CEFM), Female Genital Mutilation/Cutting (FGM/C), and Seasonal Marriage.

Working in an anticipated 12 communities across Behera, Dakahlia, Sharkia, Assuit, Sohag, and Fayoum, anticipated results include reaching 175,000 direct beneficiaries (and up to 15 million with media outreach) and 1 million indirect beneficiaries.

ملخص مشروع إنهاء العنف ضد النساء والفتيات في مصر

بدأت مؤسسة كير مصر للتنمية مشروعًا جديدًا لإنهاء العنف ضد النساء والفتيات (EVAWG) وهو برنامج رائد لمنع العنف ضد النساء والفتيات (VAWG) في مصر والاستجابة له مع التركيز بشكل خاص على زواج الأطفال والزواج المبكر كشكل من أشكال الأتجار بالبشر ، وتشويه/بتر الأعضاء التناسلية للإناث، والعنف الأسرى و التحرش الجنسى
سيعمل البرنامج فى 6 محافظات فى الوجه القبلى و الدلتا في البحيرة والدقهلية والشرقية وأسيوط وسوهاج والفيوم، تشمل النتائج المتوقعة الوصول إلى 175 ألف مستفيد مباشر (وما يصل إلى 15 مليونًا من خلال  وسائل التواصل الإعلامي) ومليون مستفيد غير مباشر

Project Brief
The goal of the project is to promote social participation and achieve gender equity by facilitating access to public services through dialogue between health service providers and recipients. It aims to engage male and female youth as well as People with Disabilities (PwD) in the local decision-making process. CARE Egypt is focused on increasing the impact of youth in service provision to improve overall health outcomes. To achieve this, the project will utilize knowledge and materials from official bodies such as research centers, ministries, and relevant authorities.
The project implemented in Assiut and Sohag with a specific focus on enhancing sexual and reproductive health services. It will employ a social accountability methodology and a participatory approach, using tools like the gender-responsive Citizen’s Charter that is inclusive of PWD. Gender equity will be promoted throughout the interventions, incorporating the gender integration and mainstreaming index based on the gender equality framework (Agency, Relationship, and Structures). Stakeholders and power imbalances will be analyzed to bridge gaps and address gender imbalances within relationships.
The methodology aims to develop a concise document in consultation with health service providers and recipients. This document will outline service evaluation criteria and methods, providing citizens with necessary information about the services provided by governmental bodies. Additionally, it will regulate communication channels between service recipients and providers, seeking their opinions on service quality and methods of improvement. The project will also establish a grievance system to build trust between the parties involved and involve Civil Society Organizations (CSOs), youth groups, and service providers in its implementation.
The main goal of the project is:
Strengthening the social engagement of male/female youth and achieving gender equality for the services offered by the health units by supporting the channels of dialogue between service providers and recipients; to facilitate the reach of general services to the marginalized groups, particularly young men and women and PWDs, as well as their integration in decision-making.

 

The three outcomes of the project are:

  1. Organized civil and youth society that is well-informed and has the ability to engage with influencers in decision-making formally and informally.
  2. Efficient mechanisms for engagement in decision-making between service providers and recipients (particularly male and female youth and PWDs)

Decision-makers more responsive to the needs of male/female youth and PWDs, and subject to the principles of accountability and transparency

تعلن مؤسسة كير مصر للتنمية المشهرة برقم 833 لسنة 2018 عن طرحها للمناقصة رقم (2) لعام 2024 بشأن حجز معسكر للمتطوعين بمحافظة البحر الأحمر (مدينة الغردقة) وذلك طبقاً للشروط المذكورة بكراسة الشروط (المرفقة) على أن يكون آخر موعد لإستلام العطاءات هو يوم الأربعاء الموافق  22 مايو 2024 وفى تمام الساعة العاشرة والنصف صباحاً ولن يتم قبول أى عطاءات بعد هذا التوقيت ولأى إستفسارات خاصة بطلب عرض السعر تكون عبر الإيميل

Script writing Training – UNFPA

Activity Details:

  • The issue of Female Genital Mutilation (FGM) continues to be a pressing concern globally, affecting the lives of millions of girls and women. While progress has been made in raising awareness and advocating for the abandonment of FGM, there is still much work to be done. One effective way to engage communities and spark conversations about FGM is through the medium of theater. Theater has the power to provoke thought, evoke empathy, and drive social change.
  • The Menstrual hygiene management (MHM) refers to the practice of ensuring that women and girls can manage menstruation hygienically, safely, and with dignity. It encompasses various aspects including access to sanitary products, proper disposal mechanisms, education about menstrual health, and addressing social taboos and stigmas associated with menstruation.

Consultants:

The consultancy is open for a team of trainers (2 to 3 trainers) they will be responsible for designing, implementing, and reporting of 6 scriptwriting (2 scripts for MHM and 4 scripts for FGM).

Objectives for training:

By the end of the training, it is expected the participants will have skills, knowledge and techniques to deliver the following:

  • Help in the development, writing, and finalization script that highlight MHM / FGM issues and showcase character development and dialogue by doing the following.
  • Read and review scripts to have a clear understanding of what want to achieve with a screenplay.
  • Reviewing scripts and providing constructive feedback.
  • suggesting improvements to enhance the quality of the script.
  • Ensuring that the script aligns with the outcomes and outputs of the project, the target locations/governorates, and the target audience age and gender.
  • Ensure accuracy of information related to MHM and FGM in the scripts.
  • Refresh and train attendees on theater techniques related to script writing and the manifestation of the script into a performance.
  • Providing expert advice on story structure, character development, and dialogue
  • Ensuring that the scripts incorporate interactive theater and is prepared for audience questions.
  • Ensure scripts are culture sensitive,R Taking the locations/governorates in which they will be applied as well as the target audience.
